Board of Review
The Board of Review consists of three members appointed by the Township Board who must be qualified electors, land owners and tax payers. The Township Supervisor serves as the Board's secretary. The purpose of the Board of Review is to ascertain that non-exempt property is assessed at 50% of the true cash value, to grant hardship and other exemptions and to correct clerical errors.

1904 64th St, Fennville, MI 49408 on the following dates:
March 5, 2024 5:30 pm - Organizational Meeting
March 13, 2024 2:00pm - 5:00pm & 6:00pm - 9:00pm - Appeals Meeting
March 14, 2024 9:00am - 12:00pm & 1:00pm - 4:00pm - Appeals Meeting
Please call or email for an appointment to appear before the Board of
Review. Letter appeals are accepted and must be filed with the Assessor
prior to 5:00pm, March 13th. All appeals are required to submit form
L-4015 – Petition to Board of Review.
The 2024 tentative ratios and multiplying factors are listed by class as set by
the Allegan County Equalization Department as follows:
Agricultural 41.14 / 1.2154
Commercial 37.71 / 1.3259
Industrial 44.73 / 1.1178
Residential 42.06 / 1.1888
