NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Ganges Township Zoning Board of Appeals
will hold a public hearing and regular meeting concerning variance request application on
Monday December 4, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Ganges Township Hall, 1904 64th Street,
Fennville.Please take further notice that the matters to be considered at the public hearing include the following:
Lynette Pitcock & Efrain Elias have petitioned for a dimensional variance request to remove/rebuild front porch area of the existing house at 6915 123rd Ave 0307-005- 041-01. Required front setback is 40 feet; request 9.7ft of relief (to be 30.3ft to front property line)

Dave and Elizabeth Janda, Paul and Cindy Nelson, Duane Feldpausch and Cheyne Branham, Mike and Sue Nave, and Chris Allen have submitted an appeal request of a decision made by the Zoning Administrator regarding lot coverage, specifically driveway calculation at 7142 Ridgeway Dr, 0307-750-045-00
